Training managers and employees to improve their quality of life. Continually review the current policies and procedures to determine any areas that may need improvement and develop plans to improve the existing policies and procedures. Monitor and advise on the performance of the management systems and produce relevant data and produce statistical reports. Liaise with other managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure that the management systems are functioning properly. Where appropriate advice on changes and assist in their implementation. Ensure that all procedures within the company conform to health and safety regulations, financial policies and legislation. Conduct compliance audits of management systems. Ensure that all QA department personnel are trained to perform their jobs effectively and manage the QA departmental budget and other administrative functions to insure an efficient operation that is cost effective and well integrated. Control the Integrated Management System ensuring all national and international standards are adhered to at all times. Develop and participate in the Management of Change process throughout at all levels. Collate and analyze performance data and charts against defined parameters and objectives. Liaising with staff of different departments to produce and maintain suitable management and operational procedures that ensure safe and efficient operations. Liaise with customers to ensure existing policies and procedures provide the service required for customer satisfaction.
