Job description

    Main Duties Responsibilities: Reports directly to the Chairman/Deputy Chairman. Ensures the integrated commercial success of the organization by developing strategic plans for marketing, sales, export, and customer service departments. Takes customer ownership and customer interface while ensuring that all sales, marketing, export and customer service functions are in line with their strategic business objectives. Leads the customer experience with the group as a whole from start to finish anticipate customer needs today and in the future, including upgrading the value chain as needed. Links the function of the organization s strategic management, in formulating, implementing and evaluating decisions that will enable the organization to achieve its long term objectives. Analyzes the activity within the company to develop the best and most effective business strategic plans and create realistic and meaningful key performance indicators for the functions under the role supervision. Strategic planning not only on paper but also daily activities by assigning and operating projects related to the company s shared vision. Develops and/or acquires new products, remove unrelated products and manage sales, marketing and export processes with a customer focus. Identifies growth opportunities within existing customer accounts, create a strategic plan to expand existing products, add new product offerings, or enter new markets. Defines relationships with key clients and develops a strategy to maintain a positive relationship and good communication with them.
