    Ensure that the departmental manpower requirements are met and are in line with the budget. Minimize the recruitment cost by monitoring the actual v/s budgeted cost periodically. Ensure the Job Descriptions for New Positions are in place working closely with line managers Compensation and Benefits Payroll: Manage the Time and Attendance System. Ensure the monthly payroll is processed efficiently Conduct salary survey periodically and compare the compensation with that to market Organizing the award programs like Employee of the Quarter Award, Long Service Awards Handle Employee Grievances and solve issues Handle formal meetings, conduct investigations on issues Ensure to establish clear expectation and objectives for all employees Coordinate with line managers to provide ongoing feedback and evaluate performance
