Coordination with Design Department for site measurements etc.Coordination with Client and consultant for any discrepancy in site conditions.Quality control on site during installation of items, submitting for consultant s inspection.Preparing monthly invoices, Co ordination with the Quantity Surveyor of the Client regarding the payments for the work executed.Coordination with Production department for proper delivery of the items required in the site.Preparation of budgets for various projects.Managing the site independently.Preparing the project program for the execution of work according to Client s Requirement.Identification of variations to the original contract and quotation for the same.Preparing the requirement of Manpower for execution as per the approved program.
