Job description

    Preparation and alignment of Project HSE Plan, objectives and systems with Company requirements Support project leadership in implementing the management system Supervise, co ordinate and monitor HSE performance on projects. Identify, define, record and resolve matters pertaining to HSE Problems Organize for internal and external audits Liaise with customers external bodies on matter relating to HSE systems Formulate general safety policies and procedures to be followed by company project/site personnel in compliance with health and safety rules and regulations, develop safety guidelines Initiate, develop and implement safety awareness at offices, projects/sites and camps. Risk Assessment for Structural erection, equipment installation Pre commissioning and commissioning activities Review, advice and appraisal of work activities of Safety officers Cross functional Safety audits, Joint safety inspections and equipment inspections HSE training to own and sub contractor employeesEnsure that project HSE requirements are met and in compliance with the company 39 s HSE policies and client requirements. Identify training requirements, and organize HSE training to own and sub contractor employees Prepare necessary HSE documentations HSE plan, Risk Assessment, Job Safety Analysis, HSE Statistics and other HSE related documents. Check compliance with all statutory requirements, Client requirement regarding HSE. Conduct HSE inspections and prepare reports. Accident Incident Investigation, weekly Monthly reports, Safety statistics and presentation to management
