Job description

    Duty to make new agreements with new national and multinational companies for distribution of products. Stay connected with company 39 s top management regarding sales and new launches. Support Sales team regarding sales and marketing and to achieve their monthly targets. Send the updated daily sales statements to the head offices and also to the sales team of the concern companies. Ensure timely supply to the market by maintaining timely schedule. Correspondence with distributor sales team for booking and supplies. Check the inventory level of all the companies keeping in view of their daily and monthly average sales. Preparing payments to the companies on daily basis for stock purchase. Prepare invoices to the customers according to their demands. Collection of payments from the market. Reconcile the company ledgers, with the distributor ledgers. Handling the accounts ledger of all the new and old customers daily. Weekly audit of the ware houses with computer generated statements of the distribution. Monthly audit of the setup and finallizement of all ledgers. Biweekly visit to the market for maintaining excellent business relationship with retail and whole sale customers and to check the availability of the products. Maintaining business proposals. Dealing with Multinational firms for Products distribution.
