Hydro jetting of boilers, capsules, heat exchangers Overhauling of valves Maintenance execution of all static Equipment 39 s Heat Exchangers, Columns, pressure vessels, Heaters, Boilers, Tanks, Valves etc. Managing of Mechanical manpower for the area assigning specific responsibilities according to their experiences and skills Controlling work performance monitoring work quality and taking corrective action to solve any problem rapidly Preparation for shutdown jobs as per the job list, which includes all the technical information requirements for executing shutdown activities. The equipment 39 s include heat exchangers, columns, pressure vessels, valves, piping etc. Assist the senior engineer in establishing priorities, making improvements on work methods and to participate in evaluating modification proposals, failure analysis and unscheduled shutdowns.
