Job description

    Job Purpose Overseeing the Sales team to ensure a smooth processes that leads to achieving Sales targets, objectives and KPIs through assuring the full alignment with the Organization policies & objective, while focusing on Business Development Activities in order to increase efficiency & effectiveness of the Sales function. Job Duties Develops and implements sales strategy through the definition of medium and long term objectives. Evaluates new opportunities and sales channels. Analyze and forecast sales opportunities as well as marketing activities for efficiency evaluation. Leads the development of Sales activities in all channels (wholesales, retail, key accounts etc.) Evaluates contracts conditions and incentives scheme for different channels and control its proper implementation and execution. Ensures business development of modern trade channels. Ensure timely payment for the Goods, follow credit terms and resolve or facilitate the problem solving of non-timely payment. Utilizes the available resources (human, financial, assets etc.) for most effective territory development (return on investments, team efficiency) job requirements More than 10 years Bachelor's Degree at least Dairy FMCG Food and Beverage Production Job Roles: Sales/Retail
