Job description

    Establish the training strategy of the whole school. Manage and implement staff assessment tools. Attend evaluation interviews and advise on promotions and job transfers. Set up a needs analysis and determine with the administrative director and the director of human resources the specific needs for professional training. Collect information and analyze current vocational training to plan the annual budget. Set up annual training plans and programs. Choose training procedures or methods. Ensure that new employees have benefited from the administrative training, vision and mission, administrative procedure and training provided by the department head and orientation. Train trainers on effective training methods such as how to refer a new employee, etc. (and establish a check list of orientation for new employees) Look for external speakers to animate the trainings. Regularly check the IB website to find out about the different courses offered by the IB (training abroad, in service training, training provided by other IBO schools, online courses, etc.) with all information and procedures relating to training. Organize all BI courses (registration, travel, hotels, pocket money, Follow the progress made during the months following the training. Ensure that all employees have completed at least one training during the year.
