    Main Duties: Supporting and supervising reservation team. Supporting administration team. Manage guest inquiries and complaints. Follow up with guests. Ability to deal with guests, handle their requests and answer their calls in a professional manner. Ability to use the System to create our guests profiles, monitor the agenda, and update checking in/out records. Ability to use MS office Ability to use the system in posting data and printing reports. Attention to details and spotting errors. The ability to work closely with the medical team to coordinate doctors visits and appointments. Taking ownership and having a high sense of responsibility.
