Responsible for managing existing and new business development in the assigned accounts, territory market segment. Implement and maintain the Company standardized sales and business management processes and deliver the sales and profitability plans for each account. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activities. Establish and maintain current and potential customer relationship. Customer Relationship Management. Identify and take appropriate actions to resolve customer concerns. Co ordinate with company staff or Departments and accomplish the work required to translate an opportunity into sales. Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products. Meet and exceed the annual sales plan for the assigned accounts, territory or market segment. Prepare business presentations, reports and price quotations. Attend and participate in product seminars, trade shows etc.
