Job description

    Monitor territory performance and service standards. Maintain close contact with key clients to understand business needs and provide solutions in order to increase share of wallet and ensure retention. Ensure guidelines and systems are implemented and staffs are fully aware of the procedures Provide specialist information, guidance and advice to customers through the delivery of excellent customer service to resolve customer queries and achieve customer satisfaction Act as a support back up function for Relationship Managers to service their clients To monitor accounts and ensure that behavior is within acceptable compliance standards To update Operational risk database as and when incidents occur. To liaise with Internal Control department and Internal Auditors in respect of operational issues and arrange rectification of comments To liaise with Business Control and Compliance for resolving queries and To Ensure that the business is booked as per laid down procedures and guidelines and due diligence is carried out with respect to money laundering and other regulatory requirements.
