Job description

    Executing recruitment process from advertising, sourcing, evaluating, planning, conducting pre employment tests/ interview, negotiating remuneration and benefit packages and endorse qualified applicants to the Managing Director for hiring. Manage the financial expenditure budgets of the Admin dept. and monitor costs to ensure compliance with planned expenditure. Ensuring security and control of the company s assets. Accurate preparation maintenance of Admin related documents and correspondence 40 contracts, licenses other related documents 41 and exercising high level of confidentiality. Prepare the Payroll Report and coordinate with the Finance Department for monthly payroll details 40 deduction, increments, allowance, etc. 41 and payments on Vacation Leave, Resigned/Terminated employee s final pay and other employee accountabilities. Ensure all the visa process and its related activities are upd ated regularly. Managing the all documents required regarding visa applications/cancellations, liaising with the PRO and overseeing visa and immigration procedure in line with UAE Labour Laws. Managing all travel arrangement hotel booking for managers, employees clients. Se t up maintain Administration files. Prepare operational reports and schedules. Handling budgeting Petty Cash and prepare monthly report for finance department. Managing all the purchases and support services of the company, handling LPO invoices Monitor monthly Utility Bills, Salik, company vehicles service maintenance. Oversee operation of the staff transportation system and coordinate with landlord of offices in regards to renewal of contracts and maintenance etc.
