    Planning preparing annual manpower acquisition plan and budget for the Territory Ensuring achievement of the recruitment targets for the Territory as per the approved manpower budget. Supporting the corporate recruitment cell in hiring the middle and senior management positions. Support the Learning Development team in the Training needs analysis for the Territory Ensure smooth execution of the induction process for the new entrants 40 induction training, cubicle allotment, team introduction, joining processes and formalities, etc. 41 Conduct monthly induction workshops and ensure end to end onboarding for new hires Distribute Employee Services Handbook to new entrants to familiarize them about the company, service rules and benefits
