Job description

    Prepare and follow the annual forecast Manpower Requirements with all Managers. Responsible for the full hiring process which includes coordinating head haunting, job posts. Reviewing resumes to select the matching profiles for the position, conducting phone interviews, face to face interview and reports the outcome in a timely manner, Administered offer letters, negotiated salaries. Contact with all Managers from understanding profile requirements working closely with the Managers and select the most appropriate recruitment methods to source candidates. Informing the accepted ones with acceptance and invite them to an offer session. Update the recruitment tracker and making sure that the information is up to date.
