Participating in the progress meetings and any other meeting related to revision of the Project Programme. Preparing weekly Look Ahead Programs from the Master Schedule and monitoring the same. Updating the Construction Schedule. Prepare the monthly and weekly progress reports and identifying the causes of delay if any and the effect of delay on the Construction Schedule.
