    Key Responsibilities : Analyze process, discover gaps, weaknesses and areas for improvement Understand and document the current “AS IS” process with all its related details (cycle time, KPI and SLA if any) Coordinate meetings and brainstorming sessions with related departments for process optimization and automation Recommends and facilitates process improvement efforts Develop “TO BE” Process and suggest efficient working procedures that satisfy the organization’s business goals and objectives Support process stakeholders in defining the process metrics, KPI’s and SLA Responsible for ensuring the documentation of the process and procedures according to the organization templates and provide assistance to process sponsor/owner to develop the related process and procedures Perform other duties/ tasks as assigned job requirements 3 to 5 years Not Specified at least Financial Services Information Technology Services Telecommunications Job Roles: Engineering - Other Quality
