Job description

    Handling petty cash. Maintaining sales register, stock register, purchase register, checking the cash memos. Handle book keeping responsibilities. Debtors and creditors reconciliation. Maintain computerized stock ledger and inventory control. Preparation of invoice and delivery orders in computerized inventory package. Maintain computerized stock ledger. Handling bank transactions such as bills discounting, daily deposits, withdrawals, etc. Sales purchase analysis Report. Preparing debtors/creditors outstanding statements as well as debit note and credit note. Preparation and payment of salaries. Maintaining co ordination with the clients. Preparation of bank reconciliation statements. Preparation of bank and cash vouchers. Weekly reports of material availability to the concerned Departments to avoid stock out situation. Negotiation with suppliers for price, delivery and quality of products. Placing purchase order, making enquiries, quotations, etc. Purchase order follow up, inspection of materials for short supply or damages. Warehousing of materials received after inspection by quality department. Assisting auditors and preparation necessary report related to the audit.
