•Data Entry in Intact (invoice from vendors)
•Apply cash outs
•Bank Reconciliations
•Other related AP tasks
•Assist AP Lead on special projects.
Job requirements
-
•Fluent in English is a MUST
•Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
•1-2 years of hands-on experience in accounts payable.
•Working knowledge of MS Office.
•Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
•Skilled in negotiation
•Problem-solving skills
•Flexible with the US working hours
