Job description
-
Plan, organize and supervise all activities for accountant department functions.
Supervise day-to-day operations, functions, to month-close analysis.
Maintain policies and Design new procedures for all financial & cost accounting activities.
Perform project cost forecasts, budgets, cost tracking.
Prepare budgets and forecasts in association with all departments.
Analyzing &summarizing financial status.
Supervise all report process both periodic and upon request reports.
Champion of change, utilizing systems to automate all functions and processes .
Manage, lead, train, motivate and evaluate finance team
Job requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree of Accounting or Finance with at least 12-15 years ,with at least 5 years as chief accountant.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skill, ability to interact, communicate & influence effectively.
CMA / CPA Holders is preferred
ERP User is a must.
Experience in Saudi constructions companies is a preferred.
