    Customer Service Agent (Arabic & Good English)
    Support the customers in their queries and needs to help them use our client’s services
    in the best possible way
    Carefully identify the customers’ needs and be prepared to handle conflict, complaints
    and expressions of dissatisfaction
    Deliver a differentiated service according to our client’s policy process
    Complete all steps to achieve customer satisfaction from receipt of request to
    completion.
