Job Description:
Managing Inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Following protocol when handling clients.
identifying customers' needs, clarify information, and providing solutions.
Answering Calls from clients professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high level management.
Following up with clients when required.
Rotational shift
Job requirements

Excellent Communication skills.
Excellent or very good command of Spoken English. (B1+ to C1)
