Job description

    Earn up to 8,500 EGP Net Salary. The Advisor I, Technical Support responds to basic technical and billing queries. This position assists external users of the client's technical services by answering questions and solving problems involved in their use.


    • Assist external users of the client's technical services; identify, investigate, research, and provide solutions to user questions and problems.


    • The successful candidates will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls and utilizing company policies to solve customer issues.


    • Our Call Center Representatives are often the first point of contact for customers’ product issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.


    • Candidates should have an outgoing, positive demeanor, a motivated, energetic work ethic, and a track record of working well with others in a team environment.• Troubleshoot basic customer technical issues.


    • Follow appropriate escalation path to resolve technical issues; including making follow-up outbound calls to customers or other parties as needed.• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing the opportunity to build rapport with the customer.


    • Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required.
