Develop the export sales expansion strategy – what countries, when, how.
Prepare the annual sales plan for the company and set the sales strategies and identify goals, and targets for each sales man.
Cultivate new sources of leads and define a clear sales process.
Researching customers needs and requirements.
Carrying out market research and study the competitors and their marketing and sales strategies.
Negotiating sales contracts.
Attending Trade Shows and Exhibitions.
Preparing sales reports and correspondences in a timely manner.
Previous experience in export sales (about 8+ years).
Experience in food industry is preferable.
Proficiency in English Language is a must.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Results oriented, can deal with and execute sales targets and deadlines.
Ambitious and runs his/her own business.
Effective report writing skills.
Willing to travel abroad.
