Job description
-
Is responsible for understanding and implementing the Chairman’s vision and policy.
will provide critical strategic thought and leadership surrounding areas of strategy, retail business management, corporate process management, and expansion opportunities.
reports to the Chairman.
Formulate, monitor and take necessary proactive steps for the achievement of the company’s vision, goals, retail expansion strategies.
Establish and maintain management routines to ensure the day to day business operations are running smoothly (corporate/stores).
Analyze industry trends, competitive threats, expansion opportunities, and internal performance.
Supervise and manage the following Group Departments:
Marketing & Sales
Finance and Accounting
Information and Technology
Retail Operations
Human Resources Department
Supervise the functions of his subordinates and monitor their productivity and performance against agreed targets.
Having a good understanding of e-commerce technology, retail operations, and financial metrics.
Hold an advanced university degree in business management /development or administration.
