Job description

    Send monthly reports to the concerned HR team on the following:
    Manpower plan updates and open requisitions report to recruitment team.
    Employee penalties sent by line managers after validating them to personnel team.
    Employee transfer, SAP approval and new hire reports to personnel team.
    Employee KPIs report to compensation and benefits team.
    Employee allowances report (Seniors, Transportation, shift C, Chemist/Receptionist, Scientific allowance) to personnel and payroll team.

    Conduct orientation day and onboarding process for new hires.
    Ensure each employee has a great experience in the onboarding process and probation period.
    Follow up on new hires OJT in collaboration with training department and locate new hires according to the MPP.
    Conduct effective exit interview for voluntary and involuntary termination.
    Conduct regular meetings to check in with designated business units.
    Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
    Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance in collaboration with the legal department.
    Provide guidance on employee behaviour and conflict resolution.
    Cascade communication to ensure the decisions and messages of great significance reach employees at every level in the chain of command.
    Make regular onsite visits to the designated areas to monitor the staff performance and take the corrective actions in collaboration with regional managers.
    Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or any related field.
    +3 Years of experience in HRBP.
    Strong problem-solving skills.
    Ability to work in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.
    Previous experience using social media platforms especially LinkedIn.
    Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search.
    Excellent time management skills.
    Professionalism, and organization skills.
    Fluent written and spoken English.
