Job description

    IT Help Desk Specialist - Cairo / Maadi (Full Time) with the below JD:
    Respond to technical requests assistance in person, via phone or service desk application.
    Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
    Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the end users maintaining their satisfaction.
    Research questions using available information resources (service desk knowledge base).
    Advise user with appropriate action through troubleshooting steps.
    Follow help desk procedures.
    Log all help desk activates & incidents.
    Redirect problems to appropriate team.
    Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
    Provide support physically in site whenever possible.

Job requirements

    Professional Knowledge about installing and configuring computer operating system, software, printers and scanners.
    Professional Knowledge about investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware issues.
    Bachelor degree is a must.
    Age less than 28.
    Language Skills: Good English (oral/written).
    Working 24/7 in different sites.
