Provide first & second line support for Agility Egypt IT services users, maintain the IT services availability at its max via close systems monitoring, tracking any incidents once raised and provide permanent fix for the problems, provide advice for users about how to use the IT services effectively, maintain data backups and apply security regulations as per the company policies, maintain IT infrastructure and do schedule checks to guarantee IT services efficiency and effectiveness.
V.Good command of spoken and written English Language.
Excellent Information Technology Skills (Installing Hardware / Software, Troubleshoot).
Hardware issues troubleshooting.
Microsoft products support (Win 10 , Office , SQL , Server 2012, Server 2016).
