Job description

    • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
    • Dealing with incoming faults in a professional, courteous manner over the phone and via email or system.
    • Respond to and resolve help desk requests.
    • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN).
    • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
    • Taking ownership of faults and managing them in a logical and methodical manner.
    • Correctly logging incidents and faults, categorizing and prioritizing them in line with team procedures
    • Manage cleaning up computers.
    • Install and test computer-related equipment.
    • Identify and escalate repeat issues or service risks to service management teams.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
    • Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
    And have the following skills:
    • At least three years’ experience in IT field.
    • CCNA & MCSE courses.
    • MS windows server awareness.
    • MS windows 10 installation troubleshooting.
    • MS Office.
    • Awareness in Firewall and Cisco switches.
    • Live in new Cairo “preferred.”
