Job description
-
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force.
Review, submittal and follow up of the projects shop drawings and material submittals.
Maintaining the project’s time schedule, and monthly look-ahead.
Preparing cost estimates and cash flow forecasts.
Ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
Preparation and follow up of Sub-Contractors Invoices.
Negotiating with sub-contracts to ensure the best contracts.
Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
Preparing and submittals of project documents, which includes but not limited to:
Daily reports.
Material Inspection Requests (MIR)
Work inspection requests. (WIR)
Requests for information’s. (RFI)
Variation orders.
Planning and coordinating site work with other disciplines.
Managing and maintaining a good relation with project’s consultant, client and any other stakeholders.
Job requirements
-
Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering.
5 To 7 years of experience.
Experience in Site Construction work.
Key Skills:
Strong project management and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
Problem-solving.
High attention to detail.
Highly organized
High Leadership Skills.
