Filtering potential clients
Checking requirements
Informing clients about Insurance Updates
Initiating the necessary procedures to transfer the client to the correct department
Handling inquiries and questions from customers
Job requirements
-
Must have experience in cold calling and sales.
Must have experience working in a call center environment.
Experience in, or familiarity with, the insurance industry including Medicare is a plus .
Very good to Excellent English is a must.
Graduate from any major.
Flexibility with USA working hours.
Strong communication skills.
