Responsible for the whole recruitment process.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
Responsible for screening ,Filtering , headhunting ,interviewing and placing candidates .
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
Conduct new employee orientations
Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
Coordinate personnel recruitment activities.
Evaluate recruitment or selection criteria to ensure conformance to professional, statistical, or testing standards, recommending revisions, as needed.
Bachelor Degree.
5-7 years of experience preferred in construction field.
Strong decision-making skills.
Excellent in English is preferred.
Eager to learn and to make huge achievements.
HR certificate is preferred.
