    Your Responsibilities:
    - Escalating and de-escalating skills will help in certain situations.
    - Locate the right support articles and troubleshooting info.
    - Delivering high-quality service, ensuring that the information provided to customers is accurate, valid, and complete, delivered on time.
    - Documenting ticket actions and resolutions.
    - Handling clients by calls, tickets, and emails.

Job requirements

    - Fluent in English is a MUST
    - Advanced Network Knowledge for troubleshooting purposes.
    - Understanding of Windows OS commands and shortcuts.
    - SMTP knowledge
    - MS SQL Database experience
    - HTML and CSS experiences are preferable
    - Experience with windows event viewer.
    - Detailed-oriented person.
    - Exceptional analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
    - Microsoft Server is preferred
    - Provide evening and weekend support on a rotating basis with the other technicians.
