Job requirements

    1. C1 English level is a Must, written and spoken.
    2. Microsoft Technical Experience is required. Technical Tier1,2,3 skills are needed, but those with Tier3 are highly preferred.
    3. Skill in providing an exceptional customer experience.
    4. Able to speak with customers in a calm, enthusiastic and friendly tone of voice.
    5. Ability to work in a time-critical environment.
    6. Ability to provide pre-sales support. Plus promoting and selling products or services.
