About The job • Options Premium Outsourcing is looking for young talent eager to learn and grow with our new company. Our clients will mainly be from North America so fluent English is mandatory. • Applicants will be communicating directly with the client filling out daily tasks. Job Description: •Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls. •Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive. •Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation. •Organizing events and conferences. •Reminding the client of important tasks and deadlines. •Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence. •Managing databases and filing systems. •Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems. •Miscellaneous tasks to support their client, which will vary according to the sector and to the Client's needs. •Will be involved in customer support if requested. •Help the client doing researches as requested.
