• Dealing with all hotels booking systems • Handle inbound and outbound holidays packages for group and individual • Using market research information to guide decisions • Producing brochures and internet-based information • Providing pricing information • Marketing holidays to clients via travel agents, websites, brochures • Handling bookings, invoicing and issuing of vouchers • Providing general and specific advice about different travel destinations • Drawing up complicated travel itineraries and ensuring that all the needs of the customers are met • Making arrangements for transport, accommodation, tours, and activities • Planning and advertising different promotions • Making alternative arrangements for customers who have had their trips interrupted by unforeseen issues • Evaluating customers’ holidays and issuing appropriate feedback forms
Job Purpose Responsible for reservations and ticketing through Amadeus System. Handling any ticketing issues that faces the customers regarding the re-booking and the refund in order to guarantee the best customer experience and satisfaction. Job Description: Receiving calls and assist clients to confirm/ change/ cancel bookings Assisting with customers inquiries and concerns, like notifying about luggage limits/ visas/ passport requirements Collecting payments, checking duplication and maintaining records of transactions. Discussing the clients requirements and advising on suitable options Managing customer’s profile and using multiple search techniques and tools. Following company guidelines while thinking quickly and outside the box to offer alternative solutions and fulfill the customer’s needs and expectations.
