Marketing and Business Development Executive is responsible for establishing good working relationships with and acts as a focal point for customers, government, export councils and business associations and other international and bilateral organizations. The incumbent supervises and guides the promotional and marketing tools and materials, define marketing policies. He/she will be in charge of the communication policy. 1. Selling FTTC training programmes according to the approved semiannual training plan. 2. Development of FTTC marketing strategy and initiatives for business development 3. Increase the capacity to welcome the applicants to FTTC programmes 4. Define Call Center programme and procedures for both In and Out calls 5. Analyze the demand of the companies. 6. Maintain a detailed knowledge of activities and initiatives of FTTC 7. Maintain good working relationships with strategic stakeholders 8. Be a key player in assisting in the successful implementation of FTTC activities in Egypt and the Region. 9. Increase brand awareness and Image of FTTC 10. Coordinates external information as well as internal flow of information concerning business opportunities that could be explored, and shares ideas with other management team. 11. Design and implement the communication campaigns at the local and regional level for FTTC. 12. Participates in fairs and exhibitions and other promotional events. 13. Keep up-to-date with changing market demand and customer needs within Egyptian and Regional industries. 14. Establish long and short term business plans, goals and target. 15. Analyze outcomes and results of implemented actions and adapt the marketing programmes. 16. Developing, executing and producing of comprehensive promotional and collateral material and programmes to support the objectives of FTTC. 17. Overseeing development and production of ensuring effective control of promotion results and taking corrective action to guarantee that the achievement of promotion objectives falls within the designated budgets. 18. Conferring with the management team to outline initiatives and promotion campaigns.
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the communication activities with the aim of establishing strong and long term working relationships and acts as a focal point for clients, government, export councils and business associations and other international and bilateral organizations. 1. Implement the communication campaigns at the Local and Regional levels for FTTC. 2. Cooperate with the Call Center to welcome the incoming calls and give further information on the programmes at the level where applicants have paid the first fees. 3. Increase the capacity to welcome the applicants to the programmes. 4. Organizing Alumni communication and follow up. 5. Prepare, design, edit FTTC social media content and follow up. 6. Maintain strong and long term working relationships with strategic stakeholders. 7. Increase Brand Awareness and Image of FTTC. 8. Assist the Director of Marketing Department in designing and implementing national and international fairs and exhibitions and other promotional events. 9. Analyze outcomes and results of implemented actions and prepare required reports for the Director of Marketing and Sales Department. 10. Implement long and short term promotion strategies and plans for FTTC. 11. Participate in developing, executing and producing of comprehensive promotional and collateral material and programmes to support FTTC objectives. 12. Responds to all media related inquiries, when required.
The System Administrator takes care of the appropriate operation of the IT Component within the FTTC Local Area Network (LAN). He is responsible for the installation of computers and software, instructs FTTC staff after installation of new software programmes and prevents failure of hardware elements by assuring the availability of spare parts and of the functioning of a maintenance and repair system. 1. Implementing and managing FTTC LAN including documenting and mapping the network infra structure. 2. Installing and administrating FTTC server(s) and to maintain FTTC security systems, backups, updates, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary. 3. Install, upgrade and test all new software, hardware and all other peripherals . 4. Ensure the appropriate functioning of all hardware elements and software applications, and of the network data communication system. 5. Testing and ensuring that all FTTC electronic equipments are properly installed and compatible with FTTC network. 6. Identifying, with respect to quality improvement, interesting new software applications. 7. Providing instructions and training for users of software application 8. Desk help administration to ensure troubleshooting solving and resolving operational problems with network stations (desktop/laptop), software and hardware. And keeping records and log files recording all provided help. 9. Resolves technical problems related to Microsoft Windows environments and Microsoft office applications, electronic mail. 10. Prepare and regularly update a trouble shooting manual 11. Ensure regular update to the used security system. 12. Website administration and ensuring regular website updates and appropriate functioning of all website elements. 13. Submit periodical maintenance reports as required. 14. On call, to work on solving (online) any technical problem may occur during the implementation of the training sessions after duty hours including remote access.
