1. Maintain relationships with customers /potential wholesale leads via telephone calls and emails to ensure that customer satisfaction and customer base is continuously increased. 2. Provide high quality administrative and general support to facilitate a well-organized wholesale operation and schedule. 3. Achieving the Wholesale Target 4. Ensuring Collection outstanding amounts 5. Wholesale Visit Report; Visiting the stores, on a daily basis, planned visits target 60 Visits per month, Submitting the report on 3rd of the following month, 6. Product Samples Ready, organized: All Product Samples must be Ready, organized, sorted by category (lifestyle,..), when the stock level reach less than 20 pcs, must be returned to retail. 7. Wholesale Order filling rates: Submitting the wholesale order to the supply chain on time, Target is 5 working days to receive the order requested by the customer, trying to Shorten the time between order and delivery 8. Acquiring new customers; Acquiring 1 new customers per quarter

1. Conduct regular analysis and generate reports on the district performance to support in decision making to sustain and increase the district sales growth rates. 9. Train Store Managers in order to maximize Store performance and raise the management capability. 10. Participate in setting the Retail operations budget and business plans
