• The Medical Doctor will manage daily patients’ needs with health care providers (Hospitals, Labs, Pharmacies, Clinics...) to assure high level of service quality and satisfaction. • Her/his objective is to facilitate timely delivery and patient access to the various health care services. • Issue Approvals/Rejections for the patients' prior approvals requests based upon their policies as well as their medical conditions.
• Responsible for the recruitment process starting from preparing the job announcements using the appropriate channels up to interviewing and selecting the most qualified candidates. • Perform all the recruitment tasks including: screening CVs, contacting candidates over the phone, setting dates for assessments and conducting interviews. • Coordinate with the heads of departments for the technical interviewing process. • Keep good records for all employees and develop a pool of candidates for current and future staffing needs. • Assist in preparing the job descriptions. • Prepare job offers for the selected candidates. • Confirm and follow up with the candidates for their starting date and submitting the required hiring documents. • Participate in setting an on-boarding program for the newly hired employees. • Attend employment fairs. • Support in increasing the employees’ satisfaction and development.
• Conducts diagnostic analysis of issues identified by internal clients (Opex, Business Development, Operations, etc.) to identify the optimal solution to resolve them. • Supports the Application unit of the MIS Department in setting the analytics requirements for the BI tools. • Develops data mining models based on the needs identified for internal clients and work to integrate them into existing and new applications. • Trains new analysts on operational processes and procedures related to the department and provides general orientation to new employee from other departments. • Maintains a current knowledge of trends, technology and developments in the market related to analytics to ensure the organization is adhering to best industry practices.
