• Monitor the bank cash balances, to keep relevant balances in accordance with outgoing payments with each bank, ensure optimum amount & minimizing idle trapped cash • Prepare Forex Exposure Report on monthly basis or as needed in order to monitor FX liability • Ensure having a data base report for the banks dealing with the company with all relevant cost elements & updated whenever a change is triggered. • Ensure accurate processing of payments on due time • Preparing a list of authorized signatures for the company. • Review the interest calculation & bank charges to ensure accuracy & • highlighting discrepancies to relevant parties. • Ensure receiving the bank statement for all the banks daily • Follow- up on overdues (payables & receivables) with all relevant stakeholders to avoid any extra cost for the company. • Prepare actual Cash Flow on weekly basis, monitor vs forecast. • Ensure compliance with Company standards, manage audit & ensure covering all audit points. • Prepare and update IDC tracking file per bank and shipments for the current year per bank . • Prepare any other report as requested by management.

* Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing activities to promote the organization's Real Estate Sector. * Develop Integrated promotional campaigns using below the line marketing strategies. * Responsible for developing push sales campaigns and promotional offers to help push the real estate projects in the organization. * Responsible for Handling the complete procedure of attending local and international exhibitions ( space allocations, stand design, stand branding, participants' schedules, logistics of marketing collateral,..etc). * Campaign management; process starts from campaign proposal, briefing the agency on the campaign, originating a concept, handling collateral with the agency, to supervising the entire campaign. * Conduct marketing analysis and overlook market and consumer research. * Handle Local Events / Concerts to create awareness about the organization as a destination highlighting its real estate projects which starts with selecting the event/concert location, coordinating with event organizers, following up the set up plan, branding, responsible for implementing a fully-fledged campaign for the concert, approaching sponsors, handling social and digital activities, catering, usher briefing...etc. * Digital Marketing and social media management. * Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns. * Oversee the social media strategy. * Write and optimize content for the website and Social Networking accounts. * Plan and Execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channel.
Install, configure, maintain, update and monitor: Windows Server 2012, Active Directory, Office 365, File Server, Hyper-V, WSUS, WDS, MDT, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, UTMs, Firewall, Antivirus, Backup, Routers, Switches, internet connectivity Provide daily help-desk support and first level troubleshooting and problem solving for software (Windows, Office, browsers, readers, utilities, etc.), hardware and networking infrastructure to resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction Provide technical support to onsite and remote users. Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to incidents and requests Install, test and configure new Windows 10/7 workstations, peripheral equipment and software Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required Maintain up-to-date inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses Manage and monitor backups Identify ways to improve the quality of the service provided and/or the efficiency of the processes within the IT help desk Liaise with vendor support on all issues Escalate calls to Supervisor/IT Manager upon determination that problem exceeds level of experience
• Sell, Buy, Rent or Lease real estate owned by others for a service free (commission). • Sign documented agreements from property owners to request or place properties for sale within the Company approved marketing channels. • Prepare comparative market analysis (CMA) and obtain an estimate for a property’s value to determine its competitive market price. • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers over property prices and settlement details, and during the transaction closing. • Generate inventory templates that lists the properties for sale / rent, including their locations and descriptions, and available financing options, using ERP and shared folders. • Maintain knowledge of real estate market and regulations of housing and licensing. • Maintain an ongoing relationship and service providing approach to current customers through following up on their requests and updates through accurate feedback entry on ERP. • Run cold calls and target calls to generate business opportunities from assigned leads and own DATA. • Follow up with direct manager and other side agent who handle real estate transaction to assure fast and high quality communications and working with the support of branch coordinator to organize and archive work outcomes. • Prepare and attend showing tours or virtual presentations of properties / projects in the most suitable way for the client, and documenting his showings by signing “PVT”.
