1- Act as an Intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers. 2- compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price. 3- Advice clients on market condition prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters 4- promote sales of properties through ads, open houses and participation in multiple listing services 5- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property advising them on the suitably and values of the homes they are visiting. 6- Prepare docs such as representations contracts, agreement, closing, leases. 7- achieve the monthly and annual targets. 8- confer with escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, and pest control operators to insure that terms and condition of purchase agreements are meet before closing dates. 9- Interview clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking. 10- co-ordinate property closings, overseeing signing of docs and disbursement of funds.
