Accounts Receivable - Prepare monthly statements and reviewing customer invoices, payments & totaling unpaid invoices - Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines - Submit the required data to CFO, Sales Department, and Credit & Reporting Departments. - Verify validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, customer service departments, and from customers. Bookkeeping: - Pay supplier invoices in a timely manner on SAP. - Record cash receipts and make bank deposits on SAP. - Conduct a monthly reconciliation of every bank account. - Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy. - Assemble information for external auditors for the annual audit.
Anticipate business needs and identifies/proposes technology to fulfil them. Assist in building competitive advantage and improve business performance. Advise on IT matters including implementing IT policy and best practice. Coordinate business initiatives/requirements to drive the IT projects pipeline and IT strategy. Deep understanding of current industry-standard architecture, platforms and solutions. Other duties as assigned
• Receiving all the hotline calls and customer’s inquiries and reply to telephone of any department, not just sales departments. • Receiving all the customer’s problems requests every day during the courses. • Continue with the competent authority in the case of receipt of any request or problem of any client. • Responsible for the halls preparation before courses. • Send a daily report about all the incoming calls and the new comer’s visits. • Responsible for the customer’s booking and fill in all the required data during the booking. • Send an analytical report and compare the current month with the previous month in terms of calls, visits and monthly bookings. • Follow-up collections with clients (all amounts owed by the customer).
• Communicate and follow-up technically with customers through LinkedIn Messages, News Letters, Google +, Incoming and outgoing Calls, etc. • Selling training programs to assigned business sectors. • Building a database for potential clients in his/her scope. • Create and attend Courses, events and seminars. • Obtain and record customer expectation and guiding them to a better career path. • Follow-up with Client’s Who Registered online. • Follow up with the old clients to recommend the upgraded programs. • Designing questionnaires and other templates. • Attend and evaluate the training programs, and maintain the quality standards. • Making researches to improve the professional and technical information related to his scope. • Prepare monthly reports. • Responsible for further assigned tasks.
