Translate technical product features, attributes and implementations to meet customer business needs. • Scope projects, describe project phases and do a high level implementation plan. • Create RFP/RFI responses, which describe a solution (combination of products and services) to client business problems. • Discuss potential sales opportunities with Account Manager, and perform technical analysis, Qualifications, Solution Architect and Project Management of potential customer projects. • Design and conduct Platform product presentations and demonstrations as well as question & answer discussions with the customer’s technical staff at increasing levels of complexity. • Visits and keep necessary contact with prospects and customers with or without the Account Manager, discuss current and new-release product features and uses. • Propose Platform’s Support Services and Consulting Services to customers who need assistance to resolve challenging problems and build solutions of demanding complexity. This includes generation of Project Plans (Schedules, Budgets, and Estimates) and Statements of Work (SOW). • Manage customer expectations to ensure maximum satisfaction with Platform’s products and services.

Deal technically to assure the efficient reduction In Network Faults related to the Packet Switching. • Ensure the supporting for the 1st line if faults will be escalated to the 2nd line during 24 x 7 Operations and react immediately to manager the end to end till restoration. • Adhere to SLAs committed and ensure proper follow up of network 2nd level faults until closure. • Ensure the Customer satisfaction by supporting to reach the agreed level of Network Performance. • Network Availability. Manage network availability based on customer requirements and also HUAWEI’s commitment. Submit reports based on agreed frequency and escalate nonperformance to related parties effectively. • Ad Hoc Activities to support National Related Events. Ensure service availability to customers and maintain network health and ensuring no system downtime throughout the event. • Quality Documentation and Implementation. • Controlling the project, organize the BO team, coordinate & interface with the customer operation team and with the high level management if needed. • Ensuring and enhance service delivery to customer, keeping SLA and achieving maximum network availability. Duty shift technical support, troubleshoot and handle all TT types assigned to own product, coordinate with other related teams/products till problem clearance. Network healthy management: Responsible for routine check of network elements, including data record and network availability, and submit the analysis report. Analyze alarms for all Access Network elements. Support FM team on Phone for any technical problem Escalate to L2 for incident cases. Dispatching WO for TT which need FM to work on. Forwarded TT which need another team support on time to solve the problem Analyze performance reports and give an explanation and solution for any abnormal KPIs To provide 7x24 technical support to L0 or FM to ensure timely recovery after occurrence of network faults WO for the team who needed to take an action. To carry out skill training for other MS personnel to improve the overall O&M level of NOC To analyze the root causes of frequent and major faults and guide to implement countermeasures to prevent the fault occurring again To escalate the fault that cannot be handled by NOC to the vendor for handling and follow up the handling progress as the NOC contact person for vendor technical support Must solve 70% of the TTs which assigned to him. Do reports which required from customer. Close all the TT pending his confirmation on time. Handel all the assigned TTs for him on time.
• Bachelor degree in Telecommunications/Computer engineering/computer science • Must have 3+ years experience on : • Linux/UNIX platforms and HW troubleshooting (blade/Rack servers). • Experience in Oracle DB is required. • Experience in Storage systems and disk arrays are mandatory. • Experience in Virtualization and cloud concept. • English speaking and writing is mandatory • Has ability to make self-study for new topics to enhance his experience. • Ability to work under pressure. • Strong and motivated, responsible and initiative personality • Solution focused • Customer focused and good communication skill
