About the Job It's an Internship for 11 months as "Call Center Representative" with a promising career pass inside the bank within & by the end of internship period for more than a vacancy. Job Analysis Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities: • The candidate is part of a young and rapidly growing Bank, where roles and responsibilities evolve as the team grows and we learn from our customers, the marketplace, and each other. The most critical responsibility is to thrive with and embrace change. • Answering Calls from the bank customers to inform them about the Bank Products & Solving their Problems. • Respond to Client's Inquiries Regarding our products and services. • Ask Probing & leading questions to understand customer requirements and solve the Problems. • Direct prospects to the field of sales team when needed. • Role involves calling existing/new customers to offer them a wide range of The Bank Products & Services. Key responsibilities include: • Answering calls from customers & Respond to their inquiries & Issues. • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. • Understand customer needs and requirements • Achieve quarterly quotas of leads assigned to him or her. • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals • Perform effective online demos to prospects Job Specification Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • Excellent English language. • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills a must. • Self-directed problem solver with a demonstrated ability to organize & prioritize • Listening skills—proven experience listening to customer feedback and adjusting to meet needs • Experience & relationship-based selling. • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required • Demonstrated the ability to work in a high-performance, fast-paced team environment. • Demonstrated ability to use online tools, CRM software, and MS Office.
