Responsibilities The Marketing Specialist core responsibilities include the following: ● Contribute to the development of the marketing strategy. ● Contribute to the development of the marketing plan. ● Execute the marketing plan. ● Design and produce create assets that adhere to the company’s brand guidelines. ● Help to drive online traffic with web-related campaigns. ● Measure the effectiveness of marketing activity. ● Produce all marketing materials including, but not limited to video, Facebook posts, news articles, case studies and press releases. ● Develops and maintains a marketing asset library. ● Assist in events management. ● Develop and implement an internal marketing programme. The Project officer’s core responsibilities include the following: ● Assisting: Work closely with Project Manager to ensure achieving project success, through planning, coordinating scheduling and monitoring deadlines for each project task ● reporting: compile reports as needed to show project progress, milestone achievements ● Scheduling: Maintain the arrangements of team meetings, through organizing appropriate meeting rooms and any refreshments, contact the attendees, send out any relevant information to meeting owners, and attend each meeting to take minutes. ● Documenting: responsible for maintaining crucial project documents which track project progress. ● Risk Management: keeps a list of any potential dangers to the project, watching for issues in work area that may cause costs to rise and alert the project manager The responsibilities are indicative and may vary over time.
