○ Manage the clients calls & Inquiries regarding the courses data & schedule ○ reserve the courses on the reservation system ○ manage & review the client’s payments ○ prepare for the new courses: ○ manage the class data on the courses schedule ○ manage the class schedule & Daily Schedule ○ Assign the course to the appropriate instructor ○ send a confirmation email to the TS to prepare the lap & applications required ○ create the courses schedule on the reservation system ○ assign the trainees data on the system ○ assign the instructor data ○ follow up the course’s routine: ○ prepare the welcome KIT (Block Note / Material) & welcome session to the clients on the first session ○ manage the evaluations periodical dates & times ○ follow up the evaluation percentage & satisfaction rates ○ manage the clients & problems coming from the clients and manage to solve them ○ manage the client’s certificates ○ Follow Up the daily cleanness report with the Office Boy
