- Answer customer’s inquiries through (phone- face to face- what's app) - Follow up courses dates and customer satisfying - Organizing customers in and out of labs - Resolve and manage customer complains - Make evaluations for courses and solve any problems - Follows up on payments that are made through different methods (Vodafone Cash, money ) - follows up with marketing team to make extra ads on courses that expect work. - Handling technical issues for customer with it team. - book for our clients on the system - Working on online schedule sheet to organize dates on labs - Working on an online sheet to calculate the payment for instructors
