About the JobBeing an authorized distributor of Shell Lubricants, SKF and Schneider electric. DATCO has the honor to announce for this vacancy with the below responsibilities: Responds to clients inquiries through email, phone, and fax in a timely manner. Prepares orders sheets as per clients requests. Communicates clients requests to suppliers. Ensures arrival of clients orders within delivery dates. Collaborates with the sales team to achieve customer s satisfaction. Accompanies sales professionals to clients meetings to implement cost and solution selling concept. Inspects customers requests for services or complaints and ensures they are sorted in a timely manner.
