Membership ManagerTo manage a team of Membership Consultants against the Sales Daily Action Plan. To drive sales performance to achieve the monthly sales budget. To monitor Product Mix against required targets. To deliver daily training sessions to the team. To identify opportunities for new business To carry out day to day sales administration.Reporting to: Club General Manager.Qualification: Knowledge in all sales methods in the fitness market. Preference for candidates with Degree in the Marketing or Sports.Experience: Relevant experience has membership consultant or as a sales team member. Preference for candidates with experience in managing teams.Relevant: English speaking and writing.Skills: Results focus. Excellence in delivering exceptional customer service. Fitness qualifications is highly desirable. The ability to develop product knowledge to drive the value of club membership. Strong selling skills needed to maximise personal performance and reach membership targets.Others: Full time job. Fixed wage plus comissions for achieved objectives.
