Monitor all quality related activities on the project. Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of company s management. Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals. Review quality inspection personnel qualification and training requirements. Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports. Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the QC Manager. Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site procurement manager. Action and close all customers complaints. Conduct Quality Assurance compliance audits of materials. Prepare inspection reports. Develop quality assurance plan and other required process control procedure to insure work in progress to meet the specified quality as well as Health safety and Environmental standards. Support the quality inspectors to ensure the materials to be used in job site if it is relevant to the requirements of the consultants. Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to client 39 s complaints. Assist Quality Manager of consultants in establishing implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System. Provide direction in implementing Work Packages/Inspection plans, Receipt Inspection, Witness and Hold Points, In Process and Final Product Inspection, Sampling Plans, Inspection and acceptance criteria and Startup Testing. Review and/or document Field Change activities. Provide input for construction quality issues. Perform internal audits to assess compliance to Standards and to the internal Quality System, Including investigation, presentation of observations and findings, and reporting. Apply sound systematic problem solving methodologies in identifying, prioritizing, Communicating, and resolving construction quality issues. Provide trending analysis on quality issues and performance metrics.
