Review of sub contracts, techno commercial bids and placement of purchase orders supply contracts Progress tracking, monitoring procurement schedule based on project schedule expediting and ensuring contract adherence timely supply Review of sub contractor supplier documents, quality systems and HSE standards Techno Commercial evaluation of supplier bids, review compliance with the required specifications and standards Negotiating the contract documents, terms conditions etc and finalizing supply contract Analyzing of contract documents for variations and claims, management of claims /correspondence, change order management etc Analyzing and monitoring the market regularly for price variations and ensure most economical purchase Providing guidance to department staff, work allocation and performance monitoring Developing vendors /sub contractors, evaluation and maintaining supplier data base with established priorities Pre qualify and evaluate bidders for the requisitioned items prepare tender packages incorporating all commercial, technical and quality requirements, where specified follow up with tenders to ensure timely submission of bids and bid evaluation Ensure a smooth economical and timely supply chain for the company 39 s various projects
